As 2017 is drawing to a close we are happy to report that our members have enjoyed another great year playing bocce.
Recently we organised a bus trip to Bundaberg for our members to play bocce at the Across the Waves Bocce Club. Everyone enjoyed themselves and it turned out to be a great weekend with requests for more trips away.
Our Xmas Party and Presentation Night was held in November for members, guests and sponsors. The club singles, doubles and encouragement awards for both men and women were presented to the winners and runners-up:

We look forward to a great 2018. Our members play bocce socially every Wednesday morning from 9 am and also on Saturday & Sunday afternoons from 1 pm. The “First Saturday of the month” competition is very popular with members and will recommence in February and continue every month throughout the year except in June because we are holding the National Bocce Championships here at our Bocce Centre in the Redlands Sporting Club.
From 8-11 June 2018 Redlands Bocce Centre will be hosting the National Bocce Championships for both men and women. We are already planning and preparing for this major event which will see all the top bocce players from all states in Australia compete at our bocce courts.
