Cricket Club

This Season has been a memorable one both on and off the field for Redlands Cricket and hopefully our affiliate Clubs will benefit from some of the outstanding events.
Redlands Cricket is very proud of those players who are selected in Queensland representative teams. Congratulations to Simon Milenko, James Peirson, Marnus Labschagne and Sam Heazlett  who have been selected in the Queensland Bulls squad as well as the Brisbane Heat and Hobart Hurricanes.
Redlands Cricket scored a massive win off the field as it was named the National Good Sports Healthy Eating Club of the Year for going over and above in promoting a healthy, family-friendly environment. The club was announced as the National winner at the Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG) on 19 November 2015 in front of a 300 strong crowd which included politicians, sporting identities and corporate sponsors who had gathered to celebrate the Good Sports Awards.
At the Christmas / New Year break in the Qld Premier Cricket Competition most of the seven Redlands teams were either in the four or just outside of it. This is a positive sign and the Club coaches are to be congratulated for their contributions at training and on match day. We are currently in third place on the Club championship ladder and look forward to playing in the finals in March.
