TERMS AND CONDITIONS
THE PROMOTION
- Information on how to enter and the prizes forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
- Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
- Employees (and their immediate family members) of the Promoter, Participating Venues and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. “Immediate family” means spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin.
- Entries open on 1 April 2026 and close at 11:59 pm AEST on 30 June 2026 (Promotional Period).
PARTICIPATING VENUES
- A Participating Venue is any on-premise venue in Queensland listed below that displays promotional advertising material and stocks Eligible Products during the Promotional Period:

HOW TO ENTER
- To enter, an entrant must, during the Promotional Period: (a) purchase a glass of an Eligible Product at a Participating Venue (Qualifying Transaction); and (b) write their full name, mobile number and email address on the reverse of their till receipt and deposit it in the entry box provided at the Participating Venue. If a staff member does not provide a till receipt automatically after a Qualifying Transaction, it is the entrant’s responsibility to request one.
- Multiple entries are permitted, subject to the following limits: (a) only one (1) entry per Qualifying Transaction, regardless of the number of Eligible Products purchased in that transaction; (b) a maximum of two (2) entries per person per day; and (c) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with the entry requirements.
- Incomplete or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.
VERIFICATION AND DISQUALIFICATION
- The Promoter may at any time verify the validity of entries and entrants (including identity, age and place of residence). The Promoter may, in its absolute discretion, disqualify any entrant who the Promoter has reason to believe has: (a) breached any of these Terms and Conditions; (b) tampered with the entry process; or (c) engaged in unlawful or improper conduct that undermines the fair conduct of the promotion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any right at any time does not constitute a waiver of that right.
- If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter may, in its absolute discretion, determine the identity of the entrant.
THE DRAW
- One (1) draw will be conducted at each Participating Venue on Wednesday 1 July 2026 at 11:00 am AEST. The first valid entry drawn from that venue’s entry box will be the winner for that venue. The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries (recorded in order) in the event that an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn.
- The winner will be notified by mobile and email within two (2) business days of the draw date. The winner’s initial, surname and postcode will be published on a noticeboard at the relevant Participating Venue and at [INSERT SOCIAL MEDIA OR WEBSITE URL] from 4 July 2026.
- The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
THE PRIZE
- Major Prize: The winner at each Participating Venue will receive one (1) Barossa Valley Experience for two (2) adults, valued at up to $6,900 (inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated), comprising:
- Return economy airfares for two (2) people from Brisbane, QLD to Adelaide, SA, including all airline and airport taxes
- Private sedan transfer with driver for two (2) people, covering the following approximate schedule:
Day 1: 12:00 pm – pick up from Adelaide Airport; 2:00 pm – drop off at Novotel Barossa Valley Resort
Day 2: 10:30 am – depart Novotel Barossa to Jacob’s Creek; 2:00 pm – depart Harvest Kitchen to St Hugo/Grant Burge; 3:00 pm – depart St Hugo/Grant Burge to Novotel Barossa; 6:30 pm – depart Novotel Barossa to dinner restaurant (winner’s choice); 9:00 pm – return to Novotel Barossa
Day 3: 10:00 am – depart Novotel Barossa to Adelaide Airport
- Two (2) nights’ accommodation at the Novotel Barossa Valley Resort (or similar 4-star property at the Promoter’s discretion), twin-share room with breakfast included
- A $500.00 eftpos gift card for use at a restaurant of the winner’s choice in the Barossa Valley for dinner on Day 1 and Day 2 (GST exempt). Any unused balance is not redeemable for cash. Redemption is subject to the issuer’s terms and conditions
PRIZE CONDITIONS
- The following costs are not included in the Major Prize: travel insurance, transport to/from the winner’s home to Brisbane airport, additional meals, spending money, in-room charges, amendment fees imposed by airlines or suppliers after ticketing, additional taxes, accommodation incidentals, and all other ancillary costs. The airfares depart from Brisbane, Queensland. Winners not based in Brisbane are responsible for making their own way to the Brisbane departure point at their own cost.
- The Major Prize must be taken by 1 July 2027 and is subject to availability, flight availability and the following block-out dates:
- 2026 block-out dates (include but are not limited to): 1 January – 9 February; 30 March – 27 April; 8 June; 4 – 19 July; 26 September – 11 October; 21 – 31 December
- 2027 block-out dates (include but are not limited to): 1 – 8 January; 25 – 30 March; 11 – 26 April; 14 June; 5 – 18 July; 27 September – 10 October; 20 – 31 December
- If the actual value of the Major Prize is less than the stated maximum, no additional compensation is payable to the winner.
- All prize bookings must be made at least sixty (60) days in advance of the requested departure date and must be made through Free-2-Travel Holidays Pty Ltd or their nominated agents. Redeeming the Major Prize is conditional on acceptance of Free-2-Travel Holidays Pty Ltd’s terms and conditions and the relevant airline carrier’s conditions of carriage.
- The winner and their travel companion must: (a) depart from and return to the same departure point; (b) travel together for the duration of the trip; (c) share a twin room; and (d) hold all requisite travel documentation (including valid photo ID). Frequent flyer points will not accrue. Winners may be required to present a credit card at accommodation check-in.
- The prize itinerary is determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion. Prizes are subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual suppliers.
- To claim the prize, a winner must respond to the winner notification within seven (7) days of the draw date. If a winner does not respond within this period, or does not take the prize (or any element of the prize) by the date stipulated by the Promoter, the prize (or that element) will be forfeited and will not be redeemable for cash, subject to the unclaimed prize clause below.
UNCLAIMED PRIZES
- A redraw for any unclaimed prizes will take place on 14 July 2026 at the same time and place as the original draw, subject to any directions from a relevant regulatory authority. Reserve winners (if any) will be notified by mobile and email within two (2) business days of the redraw date. Their initial, surname and postcode will be published on a noticeboard at the relevant Participating Venue and at [INSERT SOCIAL MEDIA OR WEBSITE URL] from 17 July 2026.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
- Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash, unless the Promoter otherwise determines in its absolute discretion.
- If a prize (or prize element) is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value, subject to any directions from a relevant regulatory authority.
- In the event of war, terrorism, a declared state of emergency, pandemic or any other event beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, or substitute or modify a prize, subject to any written directions from a relevant regulatory authority.
- If this promotion is interfered with or cannot be conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control (including technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud), the Promoter reserves the right, in its absolute discretion and to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a relevant regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion.
RESPONSIBLE SERVICE
- The Promoter encourages consumers to drink responsibly. Entrants are encouraged to consider the safe drinking guidelines published by the National Health and Medical Research Council, available at www.nhmrc.gov.au. Entry and continued participation in this promotion is subject to the relevant Participating Venue’s liquor service policy.
- No Participating Venue will offer this promotion as an inducement directed at encouraging patrons to consume alcohol, in accordance with the requirements of the relevant state liquor licensing authority.
- No Participating Venue will offer this promotion as an inducement directed at encouraging patrons to gamble, in accordance with the requirements of the relevant state gambling regulatory authority.
PUBLICITY
- By entering this promotion, entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice (including photographs, film and/or recordings) in any media for an unlimited period and without remuneration, for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including its outcome) and any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
PRIVACY
- The Promoter collects entrants’ personal information (PI) in order to conduct this promotion. Entry is conditional on the provision of PI. The Promoter may disclose PI to third parties including agents, contractors, service providers and prize suppliers, and as required to Australian regulatory authorities. The Promoter will not disclose PI to any entity outside Australia.

In addition to any use outlined in the Privacy Policy, the Promoter may use PI for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes (including sending electronic messages or making phone contact), unless an entrant opts out. - All entries become the property of the Promoter.
LIABILITY
- Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies any statutory consumer guarantee provided under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), the Australian Securities and Investments Commission Act 2001 (Cth) or equivalent State and Territory consumer protection legislation (Non-Excludable Guarantees). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded (including Non-Excludable Guarantees), the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including for negligence) for any personal injury, or any direct, indirect, special or consequential loss or damage (including loss of opportunity), arising in any way out of this promotion.
- Without limiting the above, except for liability that cannot be excluded, the Promoter is not responsible for: (a) technical difficulties or equipment malfunction; (b) theft, unauthorised access or third-party interference; (c) entries or prize claims that are late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected; (d) any variation in prize value; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (f) any loss or damage in connection with taking the prize.
