Terms and Conditions of Entry

  1. Information on how to enter and the prize list forms part of these Conditions of Entry.
  2. The promotions name is “WATCH & WIN”
  3. Entry into the Promotion is deemed to be in acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.
  4. Only financial members of Redlands Sporting Club are eligible to participate or win in this promotion.
  5. Employees of Redlands Sporting Club are not eligible to participate or win in this promotion.
  6. Entrants must be over eighteen (18) years of age.
  7. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process which is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
  8. The promotion operates from 9am on Monday the 24th of February until Sunday 30th of April 5pm.
  9. Winners will be notified in person and must be present for the draws.
  10. Members of Redlands Sporting Club who play the gaming machines with their membership card inserted will receive one (1) entry to enter the Promotion with every $20 of turnover. Member also earn an entry for every $2 spend in Food and Beverage facilities.
  11. Entries will automatically be generated by ‘Max E-draw’. A member can check the number of entries they have in the draw by swiping their card on the swipe kiosk Members must validate their entry tickets on the draw day every 2 hours of the promotion by swiping their membership card on the kiosk, using a membership card at Point Of Sale or playing the gaming machines with their card inserted.
  12. There will be 6 draws every Saturday during this promotion. The draw days will be conducted on 1st, 8th, 15th, 22th, 29th of March & 5th, 12th, 19th, 26th of April. The draws will be conducted from 2pm – 7pm every hour.
  13. The selected member will choose a show/movie from the promotion board. Once chosen, that show or movie will be unavailable for the rest of the day. After the 7pm draw, all winners will gather to see if their chosen show or movie has earned themself a 75” TV or $100 cash.
  14. A member can win this promotion multiple times.
  15. The member drawn must be present at the prize draw location within 3 minutes to claim their spot in the prize draw. Verification of their membership card is required, and if the winner is not present within 3 minutes a redraw of that prize will occur.
  16. Prizes will be given out after the 7pm draw and the members do not need to be here once their show/movie has been chosen.
  17. The decisions of the management of Redlands Sporting Club are final. No correspondence will be entered into.
  18. If a member is found to be abusing this promotion a decision will be made by management to refuse entries
  19. Promotional materials are void if stolen, forged, mutilated or tampered with in any way.
  20. By entering into the Promotion, winners agree to have their photo taken for promotional purposes and agree to Redlands Sporting club sharing their photo on social media outlets.
