Major Promotion –RIDE TO RICHES

Terms and Conditions of Entry

1. Information on how to enter and the prize list forms part of these Conditions of Entry.
2. The promotion “RIDE TO RICHES” will be known as the Major Promotion.
3. Entry into the Major Promotion is deemed to be acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.
4. Only financial members of Redlands Sporting Club are eligible to participate or win in this promotion.
5. Employees of Redlands Sporting Club are not eligible to participate or win in this promotion.
6. Entrants must be over eighteen (18) years of age.
7. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process which is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
8. The Major Promotion operates from 9:30am on Monday 15^th of December 2025 until 5pm on Sunday 22^nd of February 2026
9. The winners selected must be present at the prize draw location within three (3) minutes to be determined a winner of the prize on offer. Verification of their membership card is required, and if the winner is not present within three (3) minutes a redraw of that prize will occur unless they have their name on the register (see point 10).
10. Winners will be notified in person, however Members who participate in activities within the club for example bingo, must place their name on the register to be eligible to participate in the draws. Those that win will be notified once their activity is over and their prize will be kept to the side for them.
11. Members of Redlands Sporting Club who play the gaming machines with their membership card inserted will receive one (1) entry to enter the Major Promotion with every $20 of turnover.
12. Members of Redlands Sporting Club will receive one (1) entry for every $2 they spend in the bar, restaurant & cafe.
13. Entries will automatically be generated by ‘Max E-draw’. A member can check the number of entries they have on a vector unit on a gaming machine or asking a staff member at reception or gaming.
14. Members must validate their entry tickets on the draw days every 2 and ½ hours of the promotion by swiping their membership card on the kiosk or playing the gaming machines with their card inserted or making a purchase in the club.
15. There will be 4 Major Draw days, 4^th & 18^th of January and 8^th & 22^nd of February 2026.
16. Each draw day there will be 10 winners which wil be drawn every 30minutes from 12:30pm-5pm
17. Members will automatically win $400 when their name is drawn.
18. After the 5pm draw has been claimed, the winning members will have the chance to win an additional $1,000 by rolling a 20-sided die. Each winner will move their horse across the promotion board based on their roll. The member whose horse moves the furthest, or who rolls a 20, will win the $1,000.
19. If two members roll a 20 on their first attempt, they will roll again, with the highest score taking home the prize.
20. Members can win multiple prizes on the day.
21. It is the responsibility of the winner to register for the warranty, with purchase information given to the winner at the time of winning for the warranty.
22. Each winner is responsible for paying any and all taxes on any prize won and must authorize the deduction of such taxes, if any, from the prize to the extent required by law.
23. Redlands Sporting Club is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury by any person in connection with the Major Promotion.
24. The decisions of the management of Redlands Sporting Club are final. No correspondence will be entered into.
25. If a member is found to be abusing this promotion a decision will be made by management to refuse entries
26. If a member passes away their promotion entries cannot be transferred to another member.
27. Promotional materials are void if stolen, forged, mutilated or tampered with in any way.
28. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost or mis-directed entries.
29. By entering into the Major Promotion, winners agree to have their photo taken for promotional purposes.
