Band performances during 2015 included:
- St Patrick’s day parade in Brisbane City
- Anzac day was particularly busy:
- Performance in the Redlands Sporting Club.
- Performance in the Cleveland RSL Club
- Performance at Renaissance Village Victoria Point
- Anzac day parade Cleveland
- Legacy Care Group AGM.
- Several school fetes.
- Redfest at Cleveland showgrounds.
- Irregular Friday evenings in the club.
During the final couple of months of the year the band has been working on some concert type pieces as opposed to traditional marches. A couple of these were tried out on Redlands Sporting Club patrons at our end of year break up party on 4 December and seemed to us to be well received.
Next year we will continue to participate in major street parades and to attend the Club on some Friday evenings. The band has again been invited to participate in the Stanthorpe Apple and Grape Festival. Our major project for the year is to run a competition for pipe bands and individual pipers and drummers. This will be held on the Redlands Cricket grounds sometime about mid-year.
