The Bocce Club has been active of late with the annual IPCQ Cup held recently at Redlands, with Newmarket Bocce Club attending the very popular competition day, a good day for all players with the final result of the Redlands team of Neil Parlato, Pio Bunin and Giancarlo Caneto taking first place. Our Sponsors from IPCQ Pty Ltd, Col Meers and Paul Jeffs were in attendance on the day and presented winners with their prizes.

Another well attended competition day was the annually run ‘ALDO BANDIERA CUP’ competition day, with the family of the late Aldo Bandiera in attendance to present winners with prizes. The Redland team of Barbara Jones and Silvia Lanaro taking first place on the day. Well done to all our Redlands players.

The Redlands Bocce Club also travelled recently to Murgon in the South East Burnett Region to showcase an inaugural Bocce competition for the annual Italian Festival held at the Moffatdale Ridge Winery in Murgon, a very successful and enjoyable day for all.  We look forward to this event becoming an annual fixture on the Bocce Calendar.
